If you're unhappy with our work, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return (within a 7-day window) and re-clean anything we missed or that wasn't done to your satisfaction. If we return and you're still not a Red Rover fan, we'll refund your money.
We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Second, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We take security very, very seriously.
If your clean is not completed to your satisfaction, we'll send a team to make it right (within a 7-day window). Just let us know about your concerns within 48 hours, and Red Rover will come back over. If you're still unhappy after our return, we offer up to a 100% refund.
At Red Rover, we tell customers, "We don't let anyone clean your home that we won't let clean ours." Our cleaning techs clean our owner's home, our owner's son's home, and the homes of many of our friends and family. And before any Red Rover cleaning tech is permitted to clean YOUR HOME, he or she must pass a thorough background check. We hire less than 1 percent of all the applicants who apply to work at Red Rover.
Yes! When Red Rover comes over, we provide all the necessary supplies and equipment needed to deliver the clean you’ve booked.
